The new Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) Alliance program allows the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry to establish formal relationships with groups committed to worker safety and health, and collaborate with them to prevent workplace fatalities, injuries, and illnesses.
The Chapter and Local IBEW 26 are the first group to participate in the agency’s inaugural VOSH Alliance program on February 26, 2025.
Through this Alliance we will collaborate on providing workers and employers with information, guidance, and resources to promote workplace safety, specifically related to electrical safety hazards.
