NECA’s General Counsel, Jef Fagan has issued a document offering guidance to NECA members regarding the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate. The “new” deadline for workers to be fully vaccinated is now January 18th, 2022, but the situation continues to develop and that date may change.
